“Leadership, Management, and the Role of Performance Measurement” -Half-day workshop designed for city/county managers, departments heads, and team leaders.

“Legislating for Results: Performance Measurement to Elected Officials” -Half-day workshop for council members, county supervisors, and elected officials.

Customized technical assistance- Members of the CPM staff are available to assist your jurisdiction with specific technical needs. CPM can use data to provide graphs, reports, and other products upon request.

Peer-to-peer assistance- CPM will facilitate peer-to-peer assistance from other city/county managers, primary coordinators, and department heads to assist you in improving your performance measurement efforts.

Customized training- Customized training is available to all participants upon request. This could include building on the initial on-site training or any other follow-up training as needed
