The ICMA Center for Performance Measurement™ publishes this comparative performance measurement data report annually. It features real-world performance results from more than 135 local governments in the United States and Canada.

More than 180 graphs & charts, plus explanatory information

The data are displayed across more than 180 graphs and charts from the 18 service areas that CPM examines. The performance measures shown have been developed, tested, and refined by local government professionals with the support of CPM staff in a continuous cycle for the past 17 years.

In addition to the performance information itself, the report includes explanation of factors that may contribute to differences in performance between jurisdictions, and for selected areas, suggestions on how to use the data.
