CPM Certificate Program

ICMA’s Executive Director Bob O’Neill presents Peggy Merriss, City Manager of Decatur, GA; Andrea Arnold, Assistant City Manager and ICMA Executive Board Member, and Meredith Roarke, Assistant to the City Manager with their Certificate of Excellence plaque at ICMA’s 97th Annual Conference in Milwaukee, WI.

The International City/County Management Association (ICMA) is pleased to announce that 47 local governments were recognized for their efforts and results in performance measurement and management with certificates from ICMA Center for Performance Measurement™ (CPM).

Recognition is conferred annually; prior recipients are encouraged to apply again in 2012.  Even if you feel your jurisdiction is not quite ready for such recognition, review the certificate criteria and use them as a guide to further improvements you can make to your performance measurement efforts in the year to come.
