ICMA International / Projects / Bekasi - Gresham, OR (Resource Cities)
The main objectives of this partnership between Gresham and Bekasi were transportation, performance budgeting, and professional development. The fifth exchange in October 2002 and focused on transportation, accounting, and solid waste. Outcomes were the development of a pilot transportation modeling project, definition of a solid waste management program, and advance training on double entry accounting.
