About the Fund
ICMA’s Fund for Professional Management (formerly the Endowment Fund) was established in 1985, to advocate and promote the council-manager form and professional local government management. The Fund is sustained through contributions from individual members, state associations and organizations. Fundraised dollars are used to support civic education, council-manager adoption and retention campaigns.
