Congratulations to the 2011 recipients of ICMA Professional and Program Excellence Awards, who will be honored during ICMA's 97th annual conference, September 18-21, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They also will be highlighted in a commemorative booklet in the September issue of PM magazine.

Professional Awards
