Is Sinton recognized as a city manager city?

Is the City of Sinton, Texas a recognized city manager city? If not, please send me information as to what ICMA needs to recognize Sinton.

Sinton is a home rule city with 6625 population with the position of city manager established in the Charter'.

Mr. Townsend -- Stinson has been recognized under the council-manager criteria since 1967. The Directory of ICMA Recognized Local Government records all the recognitions and can be viewed at http://webapps.icma.org/WhosWho/index.cfm?fuseaction=R.
