Do we have a standard policy for "writing a policy?"
In local government city management we have 100's of policies on every topic that need to be rewritten, updated.
Do we have a formal approach to how a policy should be composed? Minimums, sequence etc.?
Thanks, I'm a public policy intern in a city manager's office and I'd like to find the answer to this question.
