When developing a dynamic Ports Plan, what sorts of features do you think it should included? (i.e. Land Use, Economic Development, Rate Policies and Forecasting) What are some great examples of Ports Plan out there??

The first two are case studies that speak to planning and logistics of ports. The third link is an organization that has many resouces such as more case studies, workshops, contacts, and other information that I think can help you even more.
