Our agency would appreciate input on what other agencies use to track the information requested on the ICMA Information Technology Template. Of interest is:
1. Was tracking mechanism developed in-house (what software?) or was it purchased (cost?)?
2. What process is used to collect the data (how often, by whom, how labor intensive)?
3. Pros and cons of what you are using and how could it be improved?
