You can control which site users can see your contact information by selecting an audience from the "Who can see this?" drop-down menu.
Users may choose to display their contact information to No one or Anyone. Members of ICMA and the Alliance for Innovation also have the option of displaying only to ICMA & Alliance Members.
Displaying personal information to "no one" means that the information is included in ICMA and Alliance for Innovation records, but is not accessible to other members or Knowledge Network users. The "no one" visibility setting is not available for professional contact information.
Users have the ability to select different visibility settings for different profile sections. For example, a user may display professional contact information to anyone, partner information to members only, and home address to no other users. You will also find these options under Education and Work History.
