Hello friends throughout ICMA KN;
I am the Village Administrator in a small community of about 2,500. I am looking for a sensible product that will help me more effectively manage projects that are delegated to the public works crew. They are not very tech savvy and emailing has not always proved to be the best form of communication. I am looking for something that logs projects, can create reports on # of projects outstanding, completed, etc. We don't have any software here for work orders, project management, task management, and I would like to take a bold step into the 21st century.
