I'm actively involved in the development of an ASTM standard guide for green and sustainable site assessment and cleanup. Is there anyone in ICMA also on that task?

Hi, I am wondering if any of you have ever looked in to monetizing your cell site that you have on city or county property? I am working a number of municipalities in getting them a huge cash offer for the leases. Any input is appreciated. This is a great way to get funds for different projects fast.
