This is the 2010 nomination of Tamarac, Florida's High Performance Initiative for the Strategic Leadership and Governance Award. City Manager Jeffery Miller has been credited with making the decision to turn Tamarac into a High Performance Organization (HPO) which has resulted in the city's overall customer service rating increasing while state and national ratings are decreasing.
