The Mansfield, Connecticut, Special Committee on Community Quality of Life was formed to develop a set of recommendations designed to mitigate the impact of the University of Connecticut's annual spring weekend event, and related quality of life issues, upon the community. This report outlines a series of strategies that the town could pursue on its own or in partnership with the university.
