This session from the 2011 ICMA Annual Conference in Milwaukee was led by representatives from The Institute for Building Technology and Safety. They are a non-profit organization that provides services to state and local governments for improving construction projects and processes. They use Field Inspection Technology which is an end-to-end procedure for managing project information.
