Route 28 Corridor Plan Zoning Implementation

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain professional consultant services to amend Loudoun County VA's Revised 1993 Zoning Ordinance to reflect the policies contained in the Route 28 Corridor Plan recently adopted by the County Board of Supervisors. The County has allocated no more than $150,000 towards these services.
