These comments were submitted to the FCC in response to a Notice of Inquiry (NOI) entitled "Expanding the Reach and Reducing the Cost of Broadband Deployment by Improving Policies Regarding Public Rights of Way and Wireless Facilities Siting." The Big 7 believes that local government right-of-way policies and procedures do not delay or hinder the deployment and adoption of broadband.
