City of Charlottesville Schools’ Environmental Sustainability Program

The City of Charlottesville reviewed and redesigned the organization’s environmental and sustainability programs to meet the US Mayors Climate Protection Agreement. During the review, the City found that buildings from the Charlottesville City Schools consumed the most energy, so the city manager and school administrators created the Charlottesville Schools’ Environmental Sustainability Program.
