In Cedar Hill, both city hall and the school administration building were badly out of date. The facilities were too small to serve the communities, and City and School Administrators developed plans and bond measures to fund a new city hall and school administrative building. But because the City and School District’s boundaries are almost the same, the two decided to build and use one building, saving the tax payers money.
