To manage the Annual Conference in the most environmentally and fiscally sustainable way possible, ICMA is proud to announce that instead of printing and distributing thousands of pieces of paper in the form of educational and special session handouts and presentations, this year, electronic copies of session materials are available to attendees through an interactive website.
Through the interactive website attendees can preview session handouts and presentations, printing out and packing materials of interest for use at the educational sessions in San José. The website also offers “Google-like” search capabilities, enabling attendees to quickly locate handouts for specific speakers and topics.
Another great feature of the website is its functionality with modern smart phones. Smart phone users will be able navigate and pull down handouts directly from their mobile devices, paperlessly viewing the handout during the session!
