NCMA President Phil Green and ICMA Executive Director Bob O'Neill At this afternoon’s State Officers’ Roundtable, Phil Green, President of the Nebraska City/County Management Association , presented ICMA Executive Director Bob O’Neill with a $5,000 gift in support of the Life, Well Run Value of the Profession Campaign .
