ICMA and the International Town Gown Association have announced a new affilitation agreement. The announcement occurred Sunday on ICMAtv with Rick Cotton, ITGA President and City Administrator, Clemson, SC; Kim Griffo, ITGA Executive Director; and, Tom Fountaine, Manager, Borough of State College, PA and former ICMA Vice President, Northeast Region.
