Welcome to the ICMA Job Center, your one-stop shop for local government job searching and recruiting in professional local government. In addition to adding enhanced functionality, ICMA has also partnered with the Alliance for Innovation to expand job listings and add more early and mid-career opportunities to the Job Center.

With more than 12,000 unique visitors (and more than 150,000 page views) each month, there's no better place to attract dedicated, ethical public service professionals to your local government opportunity - and there's no better place to start your job search in professional local government.

Our Job Center offers a direct market to ICMA and AFI members - the largest audience of dedicated local government professionals across the United States, and internationally, in addition to a large pool of non-member local government professionals. The Job Center offers a wide variety of job postings sortable by topic area, location, salary, job type and population, as well as by date posted and application deadline. This makes it easy to find the exact job you are looking for or to target the employee you need.

ICMA Members receive all job listings in the ICMA Newsletter, "Leadership Matters," and non-members can subscribe to the non-member newsletter for job listings. In the Knowledge Network, job listings also integrate into topic pages for relevant cross-marketing of job opportunities.
