Do you want to be digitally inclusive? Are you providing public access with little or no outlet to demonstrate the positive outcomes your community is achieving? Unable to quantify the qualitative differences your library system is making in the lives of your residents?
ICMA, in collaboration with the Urban Libraries Council, American Library Association Office for Information Technology Policy, and University of Washington Information School, invites you to attend an interactive special session that will review a national framework, benchmarks, and indicators developed around public access technology.
Session information:
Monday, September 19th
11:15 am-12:30 pm
FAC 101AB
