eGenda will provide the city with a complete electronic workflow solution for meeting preparation, agenda, and minutes management, including email notification and web publishing. It’s powerful collaboration capabilities and pre-defined agenda templates, will simplify the entire public meeting management process, while reducing preparation time, labour and distribution costs.
The solution has pre-integrated scanning capabilities that will allow the city to scan over one million existing documents and records and upload them to a database for easy retrieval and retention. The database is fully text searchable, including attached documents, which makes finding the appropriate agenda or by-law amendment straightforward for Council, staff and citizens. “Anyone can quickly look up and retrieve information in real-time from any by-law in the system stated Greg Whitnell, ClearFrame’s COO. “Using a paper system, this could take hours”.
The city has also renewed all its annual licenses for the underlying technology platform providing a recurring revenue stream to ClearFrame.
