The Future of Work
Develop the uniquely human skills that technology cannot replace.

What will it take to be successful in the Smart Machine Age? Using the work of Ed Hess, author of “Learn or Die” and “Humility is the New Smart,” learn how to develop the uniquely human skills that technology cannot replace. These concepts provide a unique avenue to learning, growth, and strategic thinking for your organization.

With an ever-changing VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) world, understanding what is needed to lead now and in the future is critical. Great leaders want to understand the “new way of working” for more humanistic workplaces with cultures of learning and growth. Creative strategic thinking tools to anticipate and plan for the future will be discussed and practiced. Come away with ways to create high performance learning organizations that are prepared to tackle any challenges now and in the future.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn and practice creative strategic thinking tools to anticipate and plan for the future
  • Come away with ways to create high performance learning organizations that are prepared to tackle challenges now and in the future.
